Games will be played Week-nights begining at 7pm
Team fee $1095.00 Referee fees are included:
1) Person registering a team as coordinator MUST be at least 18 years of age and responsible for full payment of team fee. |

| 3) Schedules will be available at registration or at first game for teams who have paid in full and who have submitted |
| a complete roster and waiver forms | | | | | | |
| 4) All teams must provide jerseys or pennies in the event of conflicting jersey colors. The first team listed will change out. |
| 5) All Players must fill out waivers and releases | | | | | |
| 6) No one under the age of 16 can play on an adult team. | | | | |
| 7) A proof of age must be available upon request for all ages | | | | |
| 8) There is a $25 dollar service charge for all returned checks | | | | |
