FIT ATTACK TRAINING

 

Fit attack was developed by Personal Trainer and National Level Fitness Competitor Stacy Moutafis. This workout program is geared toward men & women to improve their overall cardiovascular stamina, power, muscular and core strength and endurance. By using functional training and plyometric power moves, your body will develop different levels of strength that weight training and cardiovascular training cannot achieve on their own. Every exercise and movement that you will perform, Stacy has used to train for National Level Fitness competitions. Get ready for an exciting 10 week training and body makeover..

This class begins on Tuesday, January 8th and runs for 10 weeks until March 18.

Class runs from 1pm - 2pm
