Soccer can be a tough sport to train for. Soccer athletes must have not only an endurance base, but also the ability to sprint at full speed for short distances. Training for soccer requires a mix of both skill and physical conditioning.

Striker / Defender Tuesdays 6pm-7pm Jan 8 thru Jan 29
Team Training: Tuesday 7pm – 8pm
Striker / Defender Thursdays 7pm-8pm Feb 14 thru March 20
Team Training: Thursdays 8pm – 9pm
Individual rate:
Sessions run 4 weeks = $100
$25 per session per player
Individual / Team sign up special: $200 per player 10 Weeks
Group rate: 10 players or more
Sessions run 4 weeks = $80
$20 per session per player group saving $5 per player
